This role requires you to be responsible for providing administrative, clerical and IT support for one of our thriving departments to deliver excellent customer service to our customers, contractors and colleagues..
You will be expected to promote a positive, friendly and understanding attitude towards customers and other colleagues ensuring that effective communication is maintained in order to achieve consistency with the high levels of performance, efficiency and quality that is expected of our Employees.

What you will need:-
A minimum of a Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths or GCSE equivalent Grade 4 and above (Grades A-C) is desirable or the ability to achieve a Level 2 in English & Maths, together with excellent IT skills. Relevant experience of working in a busy office, providing excellent customer service and the ability to multi-task is also desirable but not essential.
You will play a leading role in supporting your Team, Managers and Colleagues therefore you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to demonstrate effective team working skills together with a flexible approach to work, with a can do attitude.
