The role:-

This role requires you to assist with the service provision, working as part of a team to carry out routine hospitality tasks within one of our ShireLiving Schemes.

You will be expected to promote a positive, friendly and understanding attitude towards customers and other colleagues ensuring that effective communication is maintained in order to achieve consistency with the high levels of performance, efficiency and quality that is expected of our Employees. What you will need:-

Functional Skills Level 2 or GCSE Grade 4 and above (A-C) including English and Maths are highly desirable, together with excellent IT skills.

Relevant experience of working in a busy office, providing excellent customer service and the ability to multi-task is also desirable but not essential. You will play a leading role in supporting your Team, Managers and Colleagues therefore you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to demonstrate effective team working skills together with a flexible approach to work, with a can do attitude. (Please read the Full Person Specification)
